New version of OpsCentral released!

We have posted a new version of OpsCentral. This version includes numerous tweak and enhancements. Top of the list includes a new "Tasks" screen, base image support on the whiteboard, a special "small screen" mode and automatic generation of resources from radio transmissions. All of these features were added based on customer requests. Help files will be updated later this week.

New release, packages with MobileDemand rugged tablets and more!

We will be releasing a new version of OpsCentral this Friday, February 4th with many new features and enhancements. Top new features include Roll Call and radio audio recording. We have also enhanced the whiteboard to include teams and assignments on the display. The left sidebar can now display either the pre-defined list or which resources are on scene.
Starting Friday, our software packages will be available pre-configured on MobileDemand rugged tablets. These tablets are available in several configurations, or can be customized for your specific needs.
Many people have been requesting an iPad version of OpsCentral. We are happy to announce that it is now in the submission process.

Happy New Year!

FireTek Solutions would like to wish everyone a Happy New Year. We would also like to make a few announcements. First, we have recently partnered with MobileDemand to offer several rugged tablets pre-loaded with our software. Pricing and online ordering of these tablets will be available by the end of this week. If you would like a custom quote for multiple tablets, you can email us at sales@fireteksolutions.com. Second, the iPad version of OpsCentral and ResourceTraker is nearing completion. These apps will be free to OpsCentral and ResourceTraker server customers. We will also be offering a hosted service option. Finally, our RFID drop-box is currently in final testing. Full details and pre-order information will be posted later this week.

ICOM Radio Support

We are pleased to announce that we have integrated ICOM radio support with OpsCentral.  We are currently testing the integration and willmake the integration available to everyone as soon as testing is complete. We have started by integrating with th EMDC radios. Once testing is complete, we will be integrating the IDAS radios. We also are planning on adding supprt for the D-STAR based amateur radios for ARES/RACES amateur radio groups.
